One of the most important things when starting a business is the name of it. But when is the time to go to register the name of your company, they will ask you for your Social Denomination and Business Name.

Actually, the business name is what exactly the name of the company formed by one or more business owners names and this is the one that legaly appears in contracts and other relevant documents.
While the social denomination focuses on the company's goals and the name whith whom it will be kwnow among the public. In other words, it's the business' brand you have to position with in the market.
